Delivery & Returns
Every item ordered is handmade once it has paid for in full by the customer. Following your purchase, please allow 1-2 weeks for the making and delivery of your item. This can differ depending on order demand at the time and which country you are ordering from.
COTO London ships worldwide. Each item is sent with a tracked and signed for service. COTO London is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or items that may get lost in the post once sent that are out of our control.
International packages may require local taxes or custom fees which are to be paid for by the customer themselves. Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities.
Standard Shipping Estimates
UK – 2-3 days once posted.
Europe – 6-10 days once posted.
Rest of the world – 10-14 days once posted.
As all of my garments are handmade to order, I am unable to provide a refund if you change your mind or if the item does not fit.
Please visit the sizing guide page to make sure you are selecting your correct size to the relevant measurements. If unsure please email email@example.com with any questions.
In the unlikely event your item received is not to the size you ordered, we can provide an exchange for the correct size. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery and a return address will be provided to you. Exchanges must be posted back with a tracked service, received within 10 days and be paid for by the customer. Upon receipt of your returned item, providing item is in the same condition with tags attached, the correct size will be sent back to you free of charge.
